ALL ABOUT MY PREGNANCY

ALL ABOUT MY PREGNANCY | Q&A VIDEO

Scroll below to some links of things I used in during my pregnancy from things that helped me sleep, to my prenatals and lot more! I found these blog posts/videos helpful when I was in the early stages of my pregnancy!

Some things I missed talking about on my video:

  1. Perineal Massage: I have my husband massage me down there with a mix of doterra coconut oil, lavender, clary sage, and helichrysum. He watched a YouTube about how to massage, and we set a timer for 5 minutes. We try to massage every night (I hate doing it haha so we skip some nights) starting at 36 weeks.

  2. Using Primrose Oil: I have this evening primrose oil that I started taking orally at 36 weeks and inserting as a suppository also.

  3. Drink your water! I had about 100 oz of water a day until my last trimester where I wanted more. I recommend this water bottle cause its fun to drink from and helps you get all your water in.

  4. Best workout leggings: I got one size up.

  5. I didn’t mention in the video, but all baby products I got went on my registry and if you decide to sign up for a registry go through amazon! It makes it super easy for family and friends to order from there and ship straight to you. So I won’t link my baby products just yet since I haven’t used them. And you get 15% off towards the end to purchase anything people didn’t buy for you!

  6. I forgot to mention the bras I got (they are for nursing) but I wanted something more comfortable starting in my second trimester.

  7. I barely stepped foot in my painting studio during the first trimester. And really only my second trimester was spent painting a few times a week with full protection gear. The resin I use is non-toxic and we used all the measures to create a safe working environment for me and the baby.
