"This specific work was painted with in nostalgia of an experience with a person. Pulled from memory listening to a song that has been apart of my sexual awakening. Growing up in a high-demand religion and purity culture has led me down a path of being a victim of rape at 18. I have been on a journey of healing and now alchemy as I explore freedom and safety in safely exploring what sexuality means to me."
